These terms describe the operating boundaries for AiAx portal access, research workflows and generated outputs. Commercial agreements may add or override details for a specific customer engagement.

Portal access
Access is limited to authorised users and organisations. Users must keep accounts secure and only access interviews, reports and workspaces they are entitled to use.
Generated outputs
Interview summaries, process maps, roadmap candidates and agent recommendations are decision-support outputs. They should be reviewed by responsible people before operational use.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for inviting the right participants, validating published findings, configuring approvals and ensuring use of AiAx aligns with their internal policies and laws.
Service changes
AiAx may improve portal features, security controls and research workflows over time. Material contractual terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
