AiAx

Hire secure agents
where the work actually happens.

AiAx finds the roles agents can fill, builds the evidence from interviews and source material, and puts them to work with access control, approvals, and audit trails from day one.

AiAx for hire

From work that needs doing to agents that can do it.

We start with roles, processes, and controls. Then agents are put into the places where they can relieve key people without creating new risk.

  1. 01

    Find the roles

Clarify which functions, customers, systems, and decisions keep key people pinned down.

  2. 02

    Capture the knowledge

The people doing the work explain the flow, the exceptions, and what never appears in process documents.

  3. 03

    Build control

Conversations and sources become process maps, roles, systems, and evidence that can be audited.

  4. 04

    Choose the first agents

Candidates move forward when value, risk, data access, and human control are clear.

  5. 05

    Put them to work

Agents launch with their own workspaces, approvals, and traceability back to the map.

Phase 01Diagnose

Do not build agents on assumptions.

AiAx maps where work repeats, slows down, or depends on key people. The result is a decision base for which agents to hire first, which should wait, and which should not be built.

Methodology

Knowledge is captured from the people who actually do the work.

AiAx runs short one-to-one interviews on Teams or in the browser. The agent listens, follows up, and turns the conversations into process maps, roles, systems, and evidence leadership can govern.

FAQ

Common questions, direct answers.

Still curious? Talk to founder we answer every demo request personally.

01What does the diagnosis actually deliver?
A prioritised plan for which agents to hire first, a structured process atlas, and a Second Brain that backs every recommendation with interviews and source material. You see which roles can be filled now, which should wait, and which should not be automated.
02How does the interview process work?
An AiAx agent schedules and runs one-to-one interviews on Microsoft Teams or directly in the browser. It listens, follows up, and turns each conversation into process maps in Second Brain. No all-day workshop, no loose notes.
03How long does the research phase take?
A pilot covering one function runs two weeks end to end. A standard diagnosis for a mid-size organisation with 5 to 8 functions and 40 to 80 interviews runs four to six weeks. Enterprise engagements stage across quarters with fixed steering points.
04Does everyone get interviewed?
Almost. The agent prioritises process owners, frequent exception-handlers, and the people whose names come up when other interviewees say 'go ask…'. For very large orgs we sample by role and back-fill on coverage gaps. You and your sponsor approve the interview list before a single invite goes out.
05How is the Second Brain different from process documentation we already have?
Existing documentation often describes the official process. Second Brain captures the actual process with exceptions, workarounds, and the files people really use. Every entry links back to the interview or source it came from.
06Where are the interviews run, and how is the data handled?
Interviews run in Microsoft 365 on Teams or in the AiAx portal. Transcripts, process maps, and Second Brain live in EU/EEA on AWS or Azure. AiAx never trains on customer data. Every interview can be edited, exported, or deleted on request.
07Do we have to use AiAx after the diagnosis?
No. The deliverable is yours. Second Brain exports as Markdown and structured data. The plan exports with priority, risk, and expected effect per candidate. You can continue with AiAx, build yourself, or hand the work to another vendor.
08Which compliance frameworks does the research process cover?
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. GDPR (including the EU AI Act and Norwegian rules) compliant. NIS2 and DORA in flight. Every interview transcript, process map and Second Brain entry is linked back to its source for audit.
09How is pricing structured?
Diagnose is priced per employee because the whole business is mapped. Role agents are priced by responsibility, system access, and risk. Pilot and Scale give a predictable start. Enterprise is scoped for groups, region requirements, and audit.
Pricing

Pricing that follows value, responsibility, and risk.

Start with a bounded diagnosis per employee. Once roles are validated, AiAx for hire is priced by active role agents, personal agents, and governance requirements. That makes the cost easy to defend before rollout.
